~rogaty's design sense is very well-honed, and has set the standard for wrapping gemstones with chainmaille that any jeweler would be envious of. Topaz Trilogy part3 - Bracelet is a silver bracelet woven with graduated sizes of links to give it a sensuous fluidity. The focal piece is a blue topaz and is set in a chainmaille bezel which, as the suggester says, "outside the discipline it's not apparent, but wrapping these little terrors (without adhesives) is one of the most difficult and infuriating things to achieve with maille."

Description
Topaz Trilogy is a sterling silver jewelry set, consisting of a pair of earrings, a necklace and a bracelet. This is the third part - a bracelet. There are four wire/ring size combinations used in the chain part, 0,5/2,1; 0,6/2,5; 0,7/3 and 0,8/3,5mm, creating the wavy effect. The gemstone part is the same as in the other parts of Topaz Trilogy - a modified standard gemstone setting of mine with a 7mm round faceted blue topaz (heated). All comments appreciated.
